What is the Women’s Refuge?

Women’s Refuge is a residential program where women can start over with a new understanding of God’s love, purpose and plan for their lives. Success in our program requires a desire for complete and lasting change. Understanding where you have been helps you to achieve the beauty of a new path in life. A willing heart provides the channel for change. At Women’s Refuge, each woman is met with love, acceptance, understanding, and support to meet new, appropriate life goals. You don’t have to walk the path to freedom alone!

How does the Women’s Refuge work?

Our professionals develop a unique program for each woman. We help them find personal forgiveness, restoration, and reconciliation. We want to help women come to know the love of Jesus Christ and find complete healing. We work with each woman to develop life skills in the following areas:

How does the Women’s Refuge help Florida communities?

We support, collaborate, and focus on women who are looking for a way out of defeating pit falls. We provide the tools for victory over life controlling issues in a long-term residential program. Women’s Refuge responds to all referrals and applications. We accept referrals from concerned community members and family members of women who need support and desire true life change.
